There is a strong buzz doing the television rounds that Pracheen Chauhan (Shubh) and Megha Gupta (new Suhani), the lead stars of Maat Pitah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg are more than just “good friends”. The couple has been spotted together on several occasions. “Megha and Pracheen met on the sets of Swarg for the first time and hit off immediately. They regularly hang out with each other; of course other co-stars do accompany them most of the times. But they seem to have a strong off screen chemistry going. So it is hard to believe that they are just friends,” an onlooker says. Gupta rubbishes this and says, “Whenever I hang out with any guy people start spreading these rumours that I am dating him. Pracheen and I are just good friends and there is nothing between us. Why can’t people think that there could be friendship between a boy and a girl?” Chauhan too was surprised to hear this and says, “This is the craziest thing I have ever heard, before this they linked me with Archana and now with Megha. One thing I want to clear is that I do my work and go home. I do not get time to hang out with anyone. I never went out with Megha and if we do, it’s with the entire Swarg team. I think someone who claims to have ‘seen’ us has some eye problem! I am not dating anyone and whenever I do I will let you know.” Prior to this Gupta was said to be dating Nissar Parvez (director of Miley Jab Hum Tum) after she parted ways with Naman Shaw. Recently, she mentioned that marriage is definitely on the cards for her though she chose to kept mum about her partner’s identity. On the other hand Chauhan and Archana Taide (old Suhani) too were allegedly seeing each other. Taide still considers Chauhan as “good friend”.
