MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput left this world on June 14, 2020.
The Bollywood actor was found dead at his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai.
Post his demise, the house in Mont Blanc, Bandra remained a part of investigations and was frequently visited by the agencies investigating Sushant’s death case. The apartment is reportedly up for rent, and is yet to get a tenant. The sea-view house, which is spread over two stories, is up for rent for a massive amount of Rs 4 lakh a month, reports Times Of India.

TOI quoted a celebrity broker saying that there haven’t been a lot of inquiries for the property, owing to the pandemic. “The few interested buyers who have showed up have always enquired about Sushant Singh Rajput,” said the broker.
Further, the broker revealed that it is a sea-view apartment, and that it is perfect for those with creative minds, and those who migrate to Mumbai for work. “Once the pandemic ends and the world opens up to India again, we’re expecting renewed interest from expats and the corporate world, too. This house attracts people who like vibrations and the scenic view,” added the broker. The TOI report states that Sushant lived in the apartment with Rhea Chakraborty, flatmate Siddharth Pithani and house helps Neeraj and Keshav.
According to a report in Square Feat India, Sushant Singh Rajput rented the apartment in December 2019, and was to reside there till December 2022. The report also states that the rent Sushant was paying was divided into three parts: for the first year, it was Rs 4.3 lakh per month, for the second year it was Rs 4.51 lakh and for the third year it was 4.74 lakh per month.
