MUMBAI: Munmun is been in trouble for her sayings in the video. She finally gets some time off from the 5 FIR's in opposition to her. The Supreme court puts a break on the FIR's launched against her. As per the information acquired the SC ( Supreme Court ) of India keeps 5 FIR's against Munmun on stay. Munmun was caught in a controversy after using slander in one of her make-up videos.
She is not into a fix with the SC and the audience while she used the casteist slur in her video clips. Babita the character played by Munmun is a popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has a great fan following base. Many went against her on watching her say some inappropriate sentences on her make-up video. Many cases with a number of 5 are charged on her. She is battling against all of them. She finally gets a break as the SC puts a hold on the FIR's against her. The FIR,s are launched from different parts of the country.

Babita's cases come under Section 3(1)(u) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act as per the reports. Justices Hemant Gupta and V Ramasubramaniam issued an announcement on Munmun's petition to consolidate the FIR's.
As per the updates Munmun, while facing the court sessions, her lawyer mentions that she wasn't aware of the real actual meaning of the word she said in her makeup video.
In the process of court hearing her Lawyer gives the same explanation that Babita was not aware of the meaning of the word she used. The court rejected it. The court gave the explanation that the same word is also used in Bengal. Though the actress asks for forgiveness and pleeds for an apology later, FIR was filed against her. She is going through a rough phase where people went against her. She was trolled after releasing her makeup video as she used a slur. This happened after one more actress namely Yuvika Chaudhary who was a part of Om Shanti Om movie and is the wife of Prince Narula was caught and trolled for mentioning a casteist slur in her video on Instagram feed.
