The telly world becomes complete with a lot more people than just the actors. Each hit show takes the hard work of their writer, creative head, director, casting, cinematographer, sound and so on. One such multi-talented personality is Abhishek Pathak, the name behind one of them most adored crime and horror shows like CID, Shapath, Aahat and so on.

In an enticing conversation with Abhishek Pathak we asked him about his show Mauka-E-Wardaat's revamp to which he had an interesting reply with an intriguing anecdote, "We began Mauka-E-Wardaat with a major challenge as all shows were shot in Mumbai or Satara to go outdoors. The biggest challenge for us was to create a set up outside Mumbai and Maharashtra. Initially, we began to shoot in Meerut, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Outskirts of Delhi and Indore to bring the feel of real locations. While doing that we faced a lot of difficulties as there were times when we used to get a location for one day and the next day we were barred from that area and asked to find another place."

While sharing about revamp he said, Now, due to COVID norms, the problems have increased. Actors are concerned about their safety. Despite all we will surely continue to shoot on real-locations but also have a base in Mumbai for safety. In terms of revamping the show, the pitch still stays the same, where most crime shows are talking about who did the crime. We are focusing on how did the crime happen."

"The most important part is that we have been trying to bring in prominent faces that people accept easily. With the story we have always focused on bringing the ground reality to the audience through the show." Abhishek added.

Well, we are eagerly waiting to see how the show keeps engaging more audiences from across boundaries.
