EXCLUSIVE! " The show has started on a track that will highlight another social issue", Chadrachur aka Bhavya Sachdeva talks about the current PROMO, upcoming track in Colors' Barrister Babu

MUMBAI: Colors’ Barrister Babu has gained popularity with its attempt at highlighting societal norms, taboos, and superstitions. They also try to give an effective solution to these issues and educate their viewers on right and wrong.

We got in touch with the dapper Bhavya Sachdeva aka Chandrachur and asked him some interesting questions regarding the current and upcoming track of the show, guess what keep your note and pen ready for his answers. 

Your character is much applauded for the current track in the show (indeed an amazing job), what are your views on receiving mixed reactions from the audience

Thank you, team Tellychakkar. I was always aware of the mixed response that I’ll get as playing the villain of any show and I was ready for it. Surprisingly I am getting more appreciation on social media, I mean, of course, I do get hateful messages for Chandrachur but I love how the audience is able to hate my character and still send love for me as an actor.  I only have feelings of gratitude when it comes to the response to the character that I am playing.

Do you think there is space for new love stories in the show apart from Anirudh and Bondita?

Yes, I do, we still have characters like Tapur and Somnath who do not have a love story and I think if need be, makers will see the potential love tracks of these characters.

So as the promo suggests that you are attacked by Anirudh and you fall in the river, could this be the end of Chandrachur or there is scope for his return?

Indeed, the new promo is very definite, Barrister Babu will now proudly show the journey and obstacles of a woman who is trying to save her husband in a world of dominating men. If we are talking about the end of the character Chandrachur, then I think it’s a creative decision that needs to come from the makers. I am not at liberty to disclose anything at the moment. Keeping aside the character of Chandrachur, the show has started on a track that will highlight another social issue and I am pretty excited to see what happens next.
