MUMBAI: As we write this, the court hearing for Aryan Khan’s case is on, and the lawyers of the accused and the NCB are having arguments in the court.
As per Republic TV, NCB officer Sameer Wankhede was called in the witness box and asked what were the charges on Aryan Khan, to which he replied saying that he was charged for consuming drugs.
The judge also asked him why the custody is important to which Sameer said that they need to confront him and know who is running this nexus and who is the main supplier.
The NCB says the probe is necessary as the WhatsApp chats have revealed the purchase of drugs in bulk. The nexus needs to be probed to reach the main financer and supplier of the drug nexus.

The lawyer fighting for the NCB said that just because he is a celebrity's son, he was called. What’s the meaning of not having a boarding pass. He was in the cruise with his friend. The argument doesn’t make sense.
Aryan’s lawyer Satish said that there is no concrete evidence for the NCB to ask for further custody and that since no drugs were found with Aryan, further custody is not needed.
Well, the court is going to pronounce the verdict soon as to whether Aryan would be out on bail or NCB will get his custody.
