These days, the storyline of the show is focusing on Virat and how he is hiding the truth about Shruti from Sai and he feels guilty about it, on the other hand, Sai also suspects that Virat is up to something.

Shruti is going to face the biggest setback of her life as her condition gets worse.
The doctors will call Pulkit and inform him that Shruti is not reacting to any medication and rejecting blood transfusion.
Pulkit will get worried as no medications are working in favor of Shrut’s life and she is hanging between life and death.
The doctors in the hospital will request Pulkit’s immediate presence as he has earlier performed operation on her and hence knows the case.
Pulkit will be seen running to help as he cannot see an innocent person dying.
