MUMBAI: Soham Majumdar who played the world's most supportive best friend in Kabir Singh will be seen in a new avatar after scoring a double century on his Bollywood debut — He played the pivotal role of the protagonist's (Shahid Kapoor) best friend in Kabir Singh, which crossed the Rs 200 crore mark at the box office; Kolkata boy Soham Majumdar also raked in a lot of praise with his performance in the Ram Madhvani directorial movie 'Dhamaka'.

Soham will now be seen ninth critically acclaimed web series "Rangbaaz's Third season. The series also stars Vineet Kumar Singh and Rajesh Tailang in lead roles and is produced by JAR pictures.

Rakul Preet Singh's film Chhatriwaali also stars Rajesh Tailang. He will be seen in the upcoming web series Project Fear. He has been part of successful projects like Mirzapur, Selection Day, Delhi Crime, Crackdown, Bandish Bandits.

Rangbaaz is a gangster thriller series that starred Saqib Salem and Ranvir Shorey in the first season and Jimmy Shergil and Zeeshan Ayub in the second season. These stories are based on real-life stories of real-life gangsters.
