MUMBAI: Owing to its intriguing and gripping plot, Colors TV's new serial Fanaa-Ishq Mein Marjawan is gaining a lot of attention. Zain Imam and Reem Shaikh play Agasthaya and Paakhi, respectively, while Akshit Sukhija plays Paakhi's love interest, Ishaan.

Previously we saw see that It is Paakhi's father's funeral and everything just seems to be falling apart Leela screams at Paakhi at her father's funeral blaming her for all the failing business and the way society is rejecting them, she even says that maybe because of all the troubles Paakhi's father committed suicide. Paakhi is distraught.

But she leaves the decision to Paakhi, Leela pressurizes her, and Paakhi keeps losing her contracts and everything just keeps getting worse.
Paakhi's mother tells her that marrying Agasthaya is not wrong but it has to be her decision.
Paakhi keeps failing at getting events or living a respectable life in society, Paakhi sees Prema struggling and breaking down.
Paakhi initially rejects the wedding offer saying that she can't destroy Agasthaya's life and that Agasthaya deserves way better than her, Paakhi says that her life is miserable and she lives her life very scared.
Agasthaya consoles Paakhi expresses his feelings for her and tells her that he will wait for her.

But Agasthaya reels her back into reality, after the rituals are completed, Agasthaya promises to forever stick with Paakhi, and at that moment he finds a threatening note, which he claims to know all about Agasthaya's crimes and that this person has all the details and that Agasthaya should beware.
