MUMBAI: This weekend from Lock Upp, Mandana Karimi is the latest contestant to get evicted. The actress entered the house as a wild card contestant and stirred up things inside the house.
Along with Mandana, Ali Merchant, Munawar Faruqui, Payal Rohatgi, Anjali Arora, Karanvir Bohra, and Zeeshan Khan were at the bottom.
Before leaving the show, Mandana shared, “I do not have the appetite to eat people up or cut their throats. I choose myself and peace. I am so grateful to you ma’am that I could stand here and share my secret. I want to leave the show on that note.”
She was in the news due to her personal life when she filed a domestic violence case against her ex-husband Gaurav Gupta, a businessman from Mumbai and his family. She later withdrew the case.
Ever since Mandana entered the show, she has been in complaining mode and picking up fights. Jailor Karan Kundrra and host Kangana Ranaut had both schooled her.
Karan lost his cool on Mandana after she failed to follow the rules of the task that was assigned to the contestants.
Meanwhile, she also revealed her affair with a popular filmmaker. She disclosed that they didn’t make it public because he was waiting to get divorced from his then-wife. In fact, Mandana even got pregnant while in the relationship but had to abort as he refused to take the responsibility.
