MUMBAI :The trailer of one of the much awaited movies of 2022 titled Jayeshbhai Jordaar, which features Ranveer Singh in the leading role, is finally out. The movie is directed by Divyang Thakkar and produced by Band Baaja Baaraat fame Maneesh Sharma.
The trailer of the movie was launched at a press conference held in Mumbai, which was attended by the cast and the director. Debutant Shalini Pandey expressed her excitement about being a part of the movie and gave glimpses of her journey. She said had run away from home to become an actress. Shalini said her father wanted her to become an engineer. She had given her engineering examination, but her interest was acting. She left her house to chase her dream. Shalini said that today, she feels that it was all worth it, because she is now a part of the YRF family and sharing screen space with one of the most talented actors, Ranveer Singh.
Talking about his collaboration with Ranveer Singh, producer Maneesh Sharma said that since Ranveer's Band Baaja Baaraat days, he has known him to be someone who always works on improving his craft. There is a sense of connection between him and his character that only he knows about, abd this automatically reflects on screen.
The movie is based on gender bias and female foeticide. On being asked whether he wants a boy or a girl, Ranveer answered in the form of a dialogue from the movie. He said whatever will come his way is a blessing from god.
