MUMBAI: Anupama is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing extremely well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. These days, the show's track is quite interesting as the narrative focuses on Anupama and Anuj's post-marriage life. While the Kapadia and the Shah families handle Adhik and Pakhi's love story, Anuj has come to know Barkha and Ankush's truth and finally, Anupama decides to break ties with the Shah family.

The doctors inform Anupama that Anuj needs to go through a brain surgery as soon as possible as there’s a blood clot in his brain.
They even tell her that the brain surgery is going to be very risky as his chances of survival are faint.
However, Anupama does not lose hope and agrees for the surgery, asking the doctors to not waste any time.
Anupama stays positive and believes that Anuj will not leave her alone.
