EXCLUSIVE! Kushagra Nautiyal opens up about his character on Kumkum Bhagya; says, “My character is strong yet sweet. He is more of a positive guy”

MUMBAI:   Zee TV's popular show Kumkum Bhagya is currently one of the longest running shows on television. It is coming up with exciting drama and shocking twists in its further segments, as Prachi and Siddharth will get engaged.

The current track of the show revolves around Prachi’s big decision. Sid comes between Ranbir and Prachi, which separates the two. Sid later realizes his mistake and feels the guilt that he has wronged Prachi. The latter now decides to stay with Ranbir.

Kushagra Nautiyal plays the role of Siddharth. Kushagra Nautiyal is known for Bloodywood - Yaad (Indian Folk Metal) (2020).

He is loved for his performance and character on Kumkum Bhagya.

Tellychaklar recently got in touch with the actor and got to know interesting insights.

What can the audience expect from the upcoming track?

“It is very unexpected whatever is happening in the track. Every day when we go on set, it is a surprise for us. The writers are writing a lot of twists every day. When I came to the show three months back, I did not expect the story to turn around this way. I did not think I will even get married to Prachi. I can only guarantee a lot of drama, emotions, and nuisances by Rhea and Aliya.

What do you have to say about your character who has a pivotal role in everyone’s love life?

“My character is strong yet sweet. He is more of a positive guy. A lot of negative things are happening around him.  There was one scene where Rhea pretends to faint, Sid actually goes and protects her. That is Siddharth Kohli for you. The character is very cute. He is sweet but he is strong with good values.”

What has your experience been like on the show and the cast?

“I am very good friends with everyone. Krishna is like a buddy now. Both of us are from Delhi and we love the same kind of music. He even used to sing in a band and I was a professional musician. So we share common things and common jokes about Delhi. Talking about Mugdha, I really like her sense of humor. She is very cute and different. I haven’t met anyone with the same jokes. She can come up with any joke in any situation. We all gather around and always have a gala time at the set.”
