MUMBAI: Filmmaker Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari has been winning the hearts of the fans with her beautiful direction in films like Panga and Bareilly Ki Barfi. Now, the filmmaker is back on digital platform with her upcoming web series titled Faadu for Sony LIV.
In an exclusive interaction with tellyChakkar, filmmaker Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari spoke in detail about her upcoming series and also on the take away from the web series.

Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari says she is very grateful and very much happy that the teaser of the web series has already won the hearts of the fans. It is the connect which the audience feel and they are loving the teaser itself. She is very happy to share the web series with her fans which will definitely give them the opportunity to witness something different.

Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari says that she is very much confident that she has created a show which is completely different, rooted, strong and something which the fans have not seen anything like it in recent times on digital platform. As a storyteller, she believes that the take away of the web series is mainly for the younger generation who are chasing their dreams and during that journey, one thing that they leave behind is love.

Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari says the debate of OTT versus theatre is never ending. As a storyteller, it is a very big responsibility for a filmmaker who is making a content on digital platform because every aspect of the web series including every character should be doing justice to the entire web series. She is very happy as a filmmaker that right now, OTT has different sets of stories and so do theatres.
