Previously we saw everyone blaming Pakhi for her breaking marriage and thus, she goes missing in a distressed state.
Anupamaa and Anuj find her on the road in confusion and completely clueless about her life.
Anupamaa however knocks some sense into Pakhi and makes her realize where she is wrong.
Anupamaa makes Adhik and Pakhi reconcile their differences where the latter feels sorry and wants to give their marriage another chance.
Pakhi now asks Anupamaa to make her the promise of always being there for her and guiding her. As Anupamaa nods, Anuj gets upset.
Anupamaa is now faced with the challenge where Anuj asks her to focus on Choti Anu more but also tells her that she wouldn't want Anu to become like Anupamaa.
Now that Anupamaa has made a promise to Pakhi, she also has to abide by Anuj’s request. This puts her into a dilemma.
