Previously, Akshara gets shocked as Abhimanyu accuses her of Neil's death. When Abhimanyu divorces Akshara, the latter feels shattered and makes a shocking decision. Furthermore, when Abhimanyu will not answer her call, the stranger will feel for Akshara and decide to help her in such a critical condition. The stranger will help her and the two will start living together.
The stranger will help Akshara during her pregnancy and help her take care of herself. Finally, Akshara will be blessed with a baby boy and the baby will end up calling the stranger his father. The baby will not be seeing Abhimanyu so will consider the stranger as his father.
Akshara and the stranger will not get married but when Abhimanyu will find out about everything, he will think that they got married and a series of misunderstandings will begin.
