MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the top shows and is always doing well with the ratings. The show took a 20-year leap we now get to see a new grown-up Imlie, played by Adrija Roy, and Agastya, played by Sai Ketan Rao. The show is doing amazingly well and viewers are loving the couple a lot.
Earlier, Agastya learns the truth about Imlie's lie regarding her terrible origin and her original identity. He wants to ruin her life because he is so enraged as he does not like lies and poor people. He came to know about her singing in the bar.
Now, Imlie loses her employment as a result of Agastya's anger. Although Agastya makes a shocking announcement informing her that she has been fired from her job, she is captivating investors through her delicious food. She gets angry and reveals the reason behind her lies.
She mentions her skills and abilities, but no one can tell whether they are good or bad considering her financial situation. She explains to Agastya that it was not her fault that she comes from a low-income household and that he should not criticize her because he has never encountered a similar issue in his entire life.
Agastya believes she is simply justifying her lies. She believes she has nothing to blame. Her wealth has no bearing on the quality of her work. She accuses him of being so rude that he is unable to distinguish between skill and upbringing. She has received divine blessings in the form of talent that he lacks.
