MUMBAI : Star Plus, a premier entertaining channel known to deliver extraordinary content and venture into unexplored territory, has brought its audience a new show, Jhanak. Hiba Nawab will be seen essaying the titular role of Jhanak in the show, along with Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh as the main protagonist, and Chandani Sharma will essay the character of Arshi in the show.

Currently, Chotan tries to cover up Anirudh when Arshi asks Anirudh, suspiciously, if he went to a meeting. Jhanak stuns everyone by coming up with a bag. Arshi asks Chotan why Jhanak had brought her bag to work. Anirudh tries to cover up but Jhanak interrupts him. Shubh asks her where she is going and how did she met Anirudh there. Everyone wants to know the truth. Jhanak’s befitting reply leaves Shubh and the entire family stunned.
She asks him to be polite and there is no need to shout at her. He gets irked by her unexpected reply and asks her what she said. She again repeats that whatever he heard is right and she was forcefully taken here without her will by looking at Anirudh.
In the upcoming episode, Anirudh will ask Jhanak to keep this number and give it if anybody asks about her husband's number. She will refuse to do this but he will try to assure her that things will change once she performs his office event. However, She feels nothing will change when nobody answers. He will assure her that the call will be answered.
Anirudh will tell her that fire burns but teaches living, he befriended the fire when Jhanak tells him that he is playing with fire. He will say that he told everyone that she is participating in his office event. When she refuses Anirudh will say that he has a right on her as he had risked his life for her. When she mentions her wish, he will interrupt her and will remind her of the choice she made.
