MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Earlier, Anirudh's condition concerned the doctors because he needed to be shifted to a ventilator for now. A nurse informed senior doctors that the patient's wife had come from a temple and desired to touch his head with a flower. Before shifting him to a ventilator, the doctors found nothing wrong with trying this and said it was all right.
The doctor allowed her, but only if she wore a safety suit. Jhanak arrived, sobbing after seeing him. She placed a flower on his head, kept it next to him, and left.
Now, Arshi tells everyone that Anirudh has begun responding, and everyone feels relieved. On the other hand, Choton tells Jhanak that Arshi did not even touch the flower. He tells her that he knows she will be his wife, but Jhanak's prayers are valuable, and Anirudh is all right because of her only.
Anirudh recalls the moment Jhanak told him that she hates him. He takes her name and says how she can do this to him. While Jhanak and Choton were talking, Nurse ask them about Jhanak, which Choton confirmed by pointing a figure at her. She tells them that he has been calling her name since he started responding.
