MUMBAI : Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Earlier, Jhanak had overheard Arshi Anirudh’s conversation where Anirudh told Arshi that he was feeling relief as his burden was off his shoulder. Arshi tells him that no one can come between them. Anirudh and Jhanak were engaged in an argument where she told him that she would think of Avinash only as she had no one.
Now, Anirudh lashes out at Jhanak as she is fasting for the wedding as per Avinash’s instructions. She was feeling uneasy and fainting so he asked her to eat something before the rituals got started. She refuses to eat anything. Anirudh gets angry with her and tells her that she has only identity as Avinash’s wife. Anirudh asks her to be familiar with being an obedient wife as it is her identity from now onwards. Anirudh tells her his blessings are with her and leaves.
Choton asks Anirudh to attend Jhanak’s wedding but he refuses, Choon asks him whether he cannot see Jhanak getting married. Anirudh goes to the wedding mandap but he is mesmerised to see Jhanak coming as bride. While he was clicking pictures.
