MUMBAI : Salman Khan is among the most admired Indian actors who enjoys a massive fan-following. The actor, in his 35 year film journey has made some of the country's most loved films like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, Hum Aapke Hai Kaun and many others. He recently announced his new project titled Sikandar.
Sikandar will be directed by AR Murugadoss marking Salman’s first collaboration with the director. As per reports, the shoot of the film will commence from June 20th.
A source close to the project revealed, “To avoid any delays, Murugadoss has assembled a dedicated team to expedite the completion of SK23.” The pre-production has reported already began for Sikandar and the first schedule will begin in Mumbai.
The source further revealed, “Salman insists on performing the action sequences himself. He has modified his workout regimen to achieve a chiseled physique.”
A significant portion of the film will be shot in Mumbai and Hyderabad, and later move on to international locations. Sikandar also stars Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role. Murugadoss will be marking his return to Hindi films after 8 years post Akira (2016)
