MUMBAI: Sony SAB's popular sit-com series Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been one of the most popular and watched shows since 2008, when it first aired. The show has a massive fan following and has been on the top for a long time.
Actress Nidhi Bhanushali who previously played the role of Sonu aka Sonalika Bhide left the show 5 years ago. Her admirers, who like to stay up to date on her real-life activities, continue to be interested in her social media presence even after her departure from the show. After departing the program, Bhanushali was largely silent about her acting career for a while, making only a few appearances here and there.
Looks like Nidhi has bagged her next show which is titled Sisterhood. She shared the poster of her show on Instagram and wrote, “Iss school gang ki dosti sirf friendship nahi...
SISTERHOOD hai.”
As per the poster, the show will be out on 13th June. When Nidhi took over Jheel Mehta's role as Sonu in 2012, her performance won over the audience's hearts right away. Nidhi, who made her TV debut in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has been a vital member of the show for more than six years, always winning viewers over. Palak Sindhwani portrayed the role after that. Nidhi takes advantage of any chance to interact with social media trends and showcase her skills. Her Instagram feed, which she has recently started to use, reflects her love of traveling to new places and engaging in daring activities.
