MUMBAI : Sonakshi Sinha started a new chapter in her life when she tied the knot with Zaheer Iqbal, the guy of her dreams. The actress shared a few pictures right after registering for marriage on June 23, 2024, and the social media community is completely blowing it over them.
Along with the pictures, she sent a heartfelt note in which she disclosed that on this particular day in 2017, they were in love. They've started their new journey together after dating for a few years. However, it was Sonakshi's wedding outfit that really drew everyone's attention.
Sonakshi Sinha looked stunning at the wedding in a stylish saree with floral embroidery. She accessorized her look with a basic striped blouse and looked gorgeous. She also accessorized her ensemble with a stack of bangles, matching stud earrings, and a necklace embellished with pearl drops and beautiful gemstones.
In addition, Sonakshi was seen wearing gold bangles on her left hand. The bride went for an elegant makeup look, adding blush and highlight to her cheeks, red lips, a bindi, and a bun hairstyle adorned with white roses to finish the appearance.
Now, Sonakshi's elegant saree belongs to her mother, Poonam Sinha, according to a report in a well-known news outlet. For her intimate wedding festivities, she therefore opted for a minimalist look for the beautifully embroidered saree. Additionally, Sonakshi's necklace was Poonam's, demonstrating the bride's connection to her mother.
Poonam Chandiramani, the former Miss India, dressed in a pink ensemble for her wedding with Shatrughan Sinha, the man of her dreams. In a photo from their wedding, the then-bride appeared to be somewhat ethereal. Poonam complemented her look with a similar dupatta adorned with elegant gota patti work and golden fringes.
Sonakshi's loving mother accessorized her outfit with glitzy items such as a brown eyeshadow, bindi, red lipstick, and eye-catching accessories. Shatrughan looked good with his wife's pink-hued silk kurta, matching trousers, and doshala.
