Seen in shows such as Suhani Si Ek Ladki, Hamari Wali Good News, Imlie and many other television serials, Gaurav said, “Television shows are rolled out with different concepts and soon enter the race of TRPs. Unfortunately, TV shows are not given much time to connect with the masses and the decisions are taken quickly.

As for my character, I have mostly done comedy and playing a negative role came in as a challenge as I have an innocent face. However, I am getting a good response from the audience who like me in a negative character too.”

When asked about his bond with his co-actors including Rutuja Bagwe, with whom he has many scenes, Gaurav expressed, “I am a person like water. I adapt to people, situations and I am fairly social. So whichever set I am working, I socialise easily. I have always maintained a positive approach. When it comes to making friends, it is different as it requires meeting and understanding, developing a bond.”

He further added, “My bond with Rutuja Bagwe is extremely good. Off-screen we gel well though on-screen we are like fire and ice. We have very good scenes and we both enjoy performing together.”
