Ask her how she chanced upon this course and why she decided on it she says “ I started studying on a whim during the pandemic out of curiosity and a need for some self enquiry
I didn’t realise that I was about to embark on a journey down a never ending rabbit hole
With every subsequent course my quest to delve deeper only kept increasing such is the nature of the human mind and the human condition.
As I educated myself I realised the benefit I could bring to others to help themselves live more fulfilling lives, break old patterns and become more mindful about their actions.
Since procuring a PG Diploma in Arts Based Therapy and a certification in Mindfulness Meditation I have conducted several workshops for children at risk, teachers, students and corporate CEOs
I hope to continue expanding my repertoire as a mental wellness coach and use my knowledge and skills to help more people become self-aware, mindful and fulfilled.
