MUMBAI: Before actress-politician Kangana Ranaut did, filmmaker, actor, and singer Farhan Akhtar had spoken on how to identify "star kids" and ended up making fun of them. Farhan and Abhishek Bachchan are seen conversing in an old video that has reappeared on social media. He then offered advice on how to identify star kids.
In a viral video clip, Farhan is heard saying, “Actors ke bheed main star kids ko spot karne ke tareeke kuch hai. Which is due respect to Abhishek (Bachchan). Yeh hai mera top 5 star kids ke 5 give away signs. Unki har teesri film launch film hoti hai.”
He further added, “Woh apne papa ko baba bole ya na bole poori industry unhe baba zaroor bolti hai.”
He further said, “Woh auditions dene bhi Audi car main baithkar jaate hain.”
Speaking of struggles of star kids, Farhan said, “Unke liye struggles matlabh yeh decide karna hai ki iss saal birthday main holiday manane kahan jaaye.”
Recently Farhan celebrated 23 years of his debut film Dil Chahta Hai. The film was Farhan’s debut as a filmmaker. He then went on to direct many other films like Don, Lakhshya, among others. He also turned an actor with Rock On!! It also starred Arjun Rampal and Prachi Desai, among others.
Farhan, meanwhile, is working hard on "Don 3," which has Ranveer Singh in the lead role following his succession from Shah Rukh Khan, a legendary figure in Bollywood cinema.
