She rose to fame with her performance as Naina Agarwal in Sony Entertainment Television's Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai and fans loved her chemistry with Randeep Rai.
Post that she was seen as Yasmine in Aladdin Naam Toh Suna Hoga where she had replaced television star Avneet Kaur and she was last seen playing the lead in Zee Tv's Meet: Badlegi Duniya Ki Reet.

In an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar the actress spoke about how she was almost signed for the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and how then things didn't work out and she couldn't be part of the show.

The actress said, ' I had signed eight shows from which only could be part of three shows, though I had signed shows but then things didn't work out. One of the shows was Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai which I had signed, but then the character didn't get launched only in the serial. After signing the show after fifteen days they called me up and said that if they introduce the character now the storyline will go wrong and hence the character was scrapped. I felt bad but then I remembered that whatever is there in my destiny it will work and I will be part of that show'
Well, there is no doubt that Ashi Singh today is a huge name in the television industry and the fans are waiting to see her back on the screen.
