MUMBAI: Star Plus’s show Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua is a remake of the popular Bengali daily soap Anurager Chhowa. The show stars Akkshith Sukhija, Aditi Tripathi, and Urvashi Pardeshi in the leading roles. The show centers around how Deepika faces mistreatment from her stepmother and stepsister; her life changes after she meets a young doctor who wishes to marry her. It is set against the backdrop of Rajasthan. It is a tale of Deepika and Chirag and what unfolds in the lives of Deepika and Chirag, who fall in love.
Jhanvi simply manipulates Prithvi against his mother Lavanya, as per the current plot. If the families are unwilling to admit their love, she asks him to commit suicide and die beside her. Unexpectedly, Prithvi cuts his wrist when he is under her influence.
This is the moment when Jhanvi carries out her next big plan, rushing to the hospital to see Prithvi for her drama in front of Deepika, Chirag, and the Mittal family.
As Jhanvi gets to the hospital, she breaks down in front of Deepika as she tells her about Prithvi's condition.
Chirag is deeply shocked when Jhanvi admits her love for Prithvi, and he suspects that there is evil brewing in the latter's mind.
