MUMBAI : Colors presents Durga, a tale of a tribal girl who defies social expectations to follow her love for the royal heir Anurag and become a doctor, despite opposition from strong tribal woman Paani Bai.
Starring Pranali Rathod as Durga, Indira Krishnan as Paani Bai, and Aashay Mishra as Anurag, and produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, the show is set in Jodhpur, the story follows Durga, a tribal girl aspiring to become a doctor.

When Durga tells Vikram that she will be accompanying him to The Kabela Community, he agrees and looks at her.
Vikram feels that he is doing this even though he is not required to because she made him helpless by forgetting her place and he is at a loss for what to do with her.
When Vikram believes he will end what she has started right now and won't stop until he gets her away, the story takes an interesting turn.
Anurag chooses Durga over his exam since he values her greatly. When he comes to the Kabela Community, he finds out how much trouble Durga is in and what is going on with her.
We will witness Anurag's decision to marry in the same mandap to save Durga in the upcoming episodes. He wants to ensure that she is not accused or has her chastity put into question.
