MUMBAI: Jigra became the talk of the town right after its announcement. Alia Bhatt surely has fans in millions and Vedang Raina also won hearts after his performance in the Netflix release ‘The Archies’ which was his debut movie, directed by Zoya Akhtar.

On day 15, the movie collected around Rs 0.39 Cr. Meanwhile, it collected around Rs 48.3 cr globally. Surely the first Monday was extremely tough for this Alia Bhatt starrer but the numbers went further down after that. The movie did better on weekends.
When talking about the story of the movie, it’s about a sister (played by Alia Bhatt) who goes through excruciating pain and crosses all boundaries to free her brother (played by Vedang Raina). The movie is directed by Vasan Bala.
