How do you balance work and personal life as shooting for daily soap can get hectic?

Currently, I am not able to manage my work and personal life because ever since the run time of the show has increased, it has been very hectic. I hardly get time to sleep. So, I am not able to give that much time to my family. I am craving for it as well. But definitely I want that balance. But once we come to know if the show will continue running for 55 minutes each day or it will be back to 30 minutes, we can plan holidays and things. There is a lot of pressure. So, this is how I am coping up with the new timing.

What kind of roles are you willing to do in your future projects?

I will do roles like someone who is very strong, someone like a warrior. I like historical roles. I like what Deepika Padukone played in Padmavat. I want to play these kinds of roles. I also like glamour. I don't wish to do any typical roles. I want to do roles where I can grow even more as an actor. It should also surprise me as an actor.

You started your journey from Mere Angne Mein which was launched in 2015, it will be 10 years now. How has the TV industry changed over the years as per your experience?

Yes, I am about to complete 10 years in the industry. It is very overwhelming and it has been a beautiful journey and at the same time, it has been a struggle of course. I have put a lot of hard work into it. It has not been a very easy journey for me. Since I started, I always wanted to be an actress because my mother got me into this industry. I was very young and I could decide for myself career-wise. So, she decided on it for me and I started loving it. I always felt that my mother made a very right decision for me.
