The actor is portraying the role of Rajat in the drama series which also stars Amandeep Sidhu in the lead roles.

The viewers are heartbroken to see Baani and Rajat’s separation track. How has the response been on social media? Any hate coming your way?
Not at all. I think viewers understand it’s part of the storyline. While they’re a bit heartbroken over Rajat’s choices, there hasn’t been any hate. In fact, fans have been very supportive, especially of Rajat’s emotional and vulnerable scenes. I feel incredibly lucky to have such a kind and understanding audience.
It's been a few months since the show went on air. How has the journey been so far?
It’s been an interesting journey. The writing has allowed me to explore various shades of Rajat, giving me the flexibility to bring different emotions to life. While the experience has been rewarding, it’s also quite hectic. But people have been very kind, appreciating the show, and I’m grateful for it. The love on social media, through video edits and compliments, has been heartwarming. I’ve met some genuinely good people on set as well, and it’s been a fulfilling journey so far.
How is Rajat’s character similar to you? What has the viewers' response to your role been?
I’d say Rajat and I share quite a few traits. We’re both grounded and a bit old-school. Rajat isn’t someone who gets jealous or insecure, he is genuinely happy with who he is and what he has, and I relate to that. His love for family also resonates with me, especially in a profession like ours where it’s easy to get carried away. I think viewers appreciate this about Rajat; they see him as someone honest and real.
