MUMBAI: Upset with The Traitors ending? Don't be, because an all new reality show is all set to stream soon. The reality show is curated on the lines of survival of the fittest. Ace comedian and actor Munawar Faruqui will be seen hosting the show.
The announcement of the show recently took place with Faruqui taking center stage as the host of the show, The Society. Arohi Khurana who was last seen in the first season of Playground will be seen participating in the show. In an exclusive chat with TellyChakkar, Arohi spoke about the show and her thoughts on Munawar Faruqui."
Talking about The Society, Arohi said, "The Society ek normal show nahi tha yeh ek survival game tha jahan har din ne mujhe todne ki koshish ki, aur maine har baar khud ko aur strong paaya. (It is not just a show, it is a survival show wherein everyday one is pushed to their lowest, but I found myself stringer than ever in the show). This show made me realize that I’m not just bold, I’m built for bigger things. I’m ready for whatever comes next."
Sharing her thoughts on Munawar Faruqui as the host of the show, Arohi said, "Munawar is undoubtedly a brilliant person; thoughtful, sharp and very rooted. But somewhere during the show, I felt maybe he couldn’t fully see what I bring to the table. And that’s okay sometimes potential takes a little longer to be noticed. I genuinely hope we cross paths again."
