We have exclusively learned that actor Rishi Saxena will also be seen playing an important role in the show. A source close to the project said, "Rishi will play the parallel lead, Sanjay. His character will be seen as a support system for Sumbul's character throughout. Sanjay will be more mature and settled in his life. Audiences can expect a love triangle between the characters of Sumbul, Rajat and Rishi."
When contacted, Rishi confirmed the buzz and said, "Yes, I am doing the show." However, he didn't divulge any further details.
For the uninitiated, TellyChakkar also broke the news about seasoned actor Varun Badola joining the show. We were the first ones to report that Rajat Verma will be seen playing the male protagonist in the show opposite Sumbul Touqeer.
Sony SAB's upcoming show Itti Si Khushi is produced by Goldie Behl's Rose Audio Visuals Private Limited.
