MUMBAI: What we see on the screens, including combat sequences, sword fights, sports or the ever-challenging horse-riding sequences, looks quite like a piece of cake! But, it takes immense practise and efforts to master a skill, or atleast get trained in it to make it look authentic on-screen. Here's looking at actors who trained in horse-riding for their roles.

Vicky Kaushal: For Chhaava, Vicky Kaushal trained for an incredible six months, enduring 6-8 hours of daily prep for horse riding and sword fighting sequences. With an impressive acting range, Vicky Kaushal made every sequence look believable and not manufactured.

Ishaan Khatter: Ishaan Khatter trained for nearly two months for the horse riding sequence in The Royals. His co-star Vihaan Samat had earlier shared that they got trained in mud pit at Mahalakshmi Race Course, learning about the techniques of horse riding.

Sooraj Pancholi: Sooraj Pancholi underwent intense training for horse riding for his last release, Kesari Veer. The actor trained for several weeks to bring authenticity to his role and enhance the appeal of his role as a warrior. As the film released, Sooraj received immense praise and appreciation for his believable outing.

Kriti Sanon: Kriti Sanon had learned horse riding for Raabta. In a statement released earlier, the actress had shared that it took her a little time to get the hang of a horse's rhythm and to learn how to control it. However, it started getting fun when she got the hang of it!

Vaani Kapoor: Vaani Kapoor had learned the skill of horse riding for her film, Shamshera. The actress had opened up about building an emotional connection with the animal, and to do so, she even fed packets of biscuits to establish a strong bond.

Rasha Thadani: Rasha Thadani has also undergone horse riding training for her debut film, Azaad. From attending workshops to taking horse riding lessons and sleeping near the horse, Rasha did not leave a mark to bring believability to her role.

These insights highlight the efforts undertaken behind making a horse-riding sequence seem perfect and effortless, throwing light on each actor's dedication and passion towards acting.
