This season, the spotlight shifts to New Delhi, where historic charm blends with modern luxury. Audience favorites Hem Batra and Ankush Sayal are back, joined by new agents Inddu Dahiya, Kajal Bhalla, and sibling duo Ashima Aggarwal, bringing fresh energy and fierce competition to the show.

TellyChakkar.com caught up with Hem Batra to discuss the intricacies of designing a property for fashionista Uorfi Javed. Sharing his thoughts, he said:
“When curating a property for Uorfi, the only thing to keep in mind is that it should reflect her lifestyle and outspoken nature. The way she envisions her home is very different from what most people would want.”

Speaking about Uorfi’s brief, Hem added:
“Her brief was simple — since she often travels to Delhi, she wanted a home that truly connects her with the city while also offering privacy. She wanted a space that reflects her journey, her personality, and allows her to enjoy her time here without drawing attention to the fact that Uorfi Javed lives there.”

On designing interiors to match her personality, Hem explained:
“Her choices are quite simple but very specific. The house needed to be spacious, with each room — from the kitchen to the bathrooms — designed in a way that she could enjoy and make her own. You’ll need to watch this season to really understand, because she didn’t want her home designed like a typical one.”

Hem also opened up about working with his daughter, who features on the show:
“Working with her is a great experience, but since she’s Gen Z, it can be challenging at times. I’m more systematic and organized, whereas Gen Z has a very different perspective and approach. That cultural difference is always there, but it makes the experience interesting.”

Summing up his thoughts on season 2, Hem said:
“This season is more emotional and realistic. It’s not just about closing deals and showing transactions — it’s about what happens behind the scenes, the challenges we face beyond just getting the right price, buyer, or seller. Viewers will get to see that emotional turbulence too.”

With Hem’s insights, expectations from Million Dollar Listing India 2 have only gone higher, and fans can’t wait to witness the drama, glamour, and high-stakes deals unfold.
