MUMBAI: Sunil Pal is known for his controversial statements and is often trolled for passing harsh remarks on co-comedians and others. Pal rose to fame with his stint in Laughter Challenge. And now, Sunil Pal has yet again passed an extremely pointed and harsh remark about his counterpart Sunil Grover.
In a podcast with Hindi Rush, Pal mentioned his dislike towards comedian and actor Sunil Grover for his cross dress act. He mentioned that such performances should be done keeping the dignity intact and not crossing the boundaries.

Talking about Sunil Grover, Sunil Pal stated that he has an issue with Grover's cross dressing as woman, sitting on celebrities' laps, trying to kiss them and force himself upon them. He said, "Ek baar mujhe ulti hogai thi unko dekh kar ke. Kyunki harsh hai yeh, dekha nahi jaata."
(Once, I actually threw up after seeing him. Because he’s so harsh, I just couldn’t bear to look at him.)
He further stated that he is cordial with Sunil Grover. Pal said, "Mera dost hai purana woh. Aap logon ke liye bada aadmi hoga woh, mere liye mera bacha hai, mera bhai hai." (He’s an old friend of mine. He may be a big man for you all, but for me, he’s like my kid, my brother.)
Sunil Pal further stated that Sunil Grover, Kapil Sharma and others are very close friends to him and he can talk to them whenever he wants. He added that they never objected on his opinions as they know where he is coming from and would take it in a positive stride.
