MUMBAI: Star Plus show Udne Ki Aasha is getting more interesting with each passing episode. The current track of the show revolves around Tejas striking a deal in his business and spending a large sum of money.
In the previous episode, Tejas bought gold bangles for Renuka and gifts for Paresh. He further announced that he was considering buying a beach property in Mumbai for 3 crore rupees. Sachin and others told him that it is highly unlikely for anyone to sell a beach house at such a low price. However, Tejas stated that he had secured the deal and that nobody needed to worry.

Furthermore, Tejas asked everyone to visit the beach house and stay there for a couple of days, after which they could decide whether they should buy the property or not. Tejas and Roshni met the property agents, who were keen on selling the property as soon as possible. Sailee also met them and advised them to think twice before paying money to the agents and signing the agreement. However, Tejas did not pay any heed to Sailee's advice and went ahead with the payment.
When the Deshmukh family reached the beach house, they discovered that Tejas had lied about taking a trial stay before buying the property. Tejas explained that he was confident it was a steal deal, while his family was unsure about it.
On the way to the beach house, Sachin and Sailee discussed their doubts, questioning how anyone could sell a beach house in Mumbai for just 3 crore. Sachin stated that he would surely investigate the matter.
