MUMBAI: Bigg Boss 19 continues to dominate Indian television, consistently ranking among the top twenty most-watched shows on the BARC charts each week.
Packed with emotions, clashes, and constantly changing alliances, the show stays among the most engaging and talked-about reality programmes in the country.
Bigg Boss 19 entered its thirteenth week with high-voltage drama, especially as Rohit Shetty stepped in as the host for Weekend Ka Vaar.
The episode’s newest promo sparked a massive online conversation after Amaal Mallik aggressively confronted Gaurav Khanna, leading fans to call him “arrogant,” “toxic,” and “insecure.”

The promo begins with Rohit Shetty questioning Gaurav’s gameplay, asking, “Gaurav, for the last 4–5 weeks, whatever is happening, is that the real you or was the earlier version of you the real Gaurav?”
Gaurav defended himself calmly, saying, “I have been in the same group since the start. I carry my dignity with me.”
However, Amaal immediately jumped in, accusing Gaurav of behaving differently after becoming captain.
He claimed, “When he became the captain, his dignity went out of the window and he came out laughing.”
Gaurav countered by reminding Amaal that Shehbaz had made him captain through cheating, but Amaal never objected then.
This instantly triggered Amaal, who leapt out of his seat and shouted, “Abhishek made Ashnoor win, and at that time, he said she is from my group.
For him, that was not cheating, but now it is cheating?”
Gaurav remained composed and asked why Amaal was reacting so aggressively.
In response, Amaal delivered a heated warning: “If I get triggered, then you will be in trouble.”
Rohit Shetty, who was present right in front of them, looked visibly unimpressed as Amaal continued to argue loudly.
After the promo surfaced online, especially on Reddit, viewers harshly criticised Amaal’s conduct.
Many felt he had been showing unnecessary aggression throughout the season.
One user wrote, “He is triggered because his insecure self couldn’t digest that Salman called Gaurav a superstar.
That's why he keeps repeating his desperate struggle stories.”
Another commented, “Amaal thinks he’s bigger than the show. This is the problem with calling big celebrity names; they think they own the show.”
A third viewer slammed his attitude, saying, “His toxic, arrogant behaviour is irritating even for the audience. His anger issues are on another level.”
Someone else added, “We’ve had enough of this man-child. I hope he gets evicted before top 5.”
Another remark pointed out the difference in his behaviour in Salman Khan’s presence: “If Salman had been here, Amaal would never dare to jump off his seat.”
The tension between Amaal and Gaurav has been building for weeks, but this confrontation has clearly pushed fan frustration to a new peak.
With Rohit Shetty taking charge for the weekend, viewers are curious to see whether he will address Amaal’s behaviour more sternly in the upcoming episodes.
