MUMBAI: Bigg Boss 18 might have ended, but the buzz around the show is still intact. Karan Veer Mehra won the season, and his bond with Chum Darang was quite appreciated. People lovingly called them ChumVeer. There was also a probable love angle between the two.
However, recently, Bigg Boss 18 contestant Hema Sharma spilled the beans on the current status of Karan Veer Mehra and Chum Darang’s bond. In a recent interview, Hema hinted at a possible rift between ChumVeer.
In an interview with Bazzooka, Hema shared her thoughts on the bonds created in the Bigg Boss house. She expressed that friendships formed on the show might not last outside, while arch-rivals may end up becoming friends.
Hema said, "Abhi jo dushman bann ke baithe hai na, woh yaar-dost hojayege or jo ab yaar-dost hai woh bahar dushman hojaege. Yeh baat main iss liye bol rahi hu ke hamare season ke jo log hai woh follow se unfollow ho chuke hai or jo dushman they woh dost bann chuke hai..."
(The ones who are sitting as enemies right now will become friends later, and the ones who are friends right now will become enemies outside. I’m saying this because in our season, the people who were close ended up unfollowing each other, and those who were enemies became friends.)
She added, "Kehna nai chaiye, bhagwan mujhe maaf kare, Chum or Karan Veer dikhae nahi dete saath mey, jabke unka love angle tha. Toh dekhiya, pyaar- pyaar na raha. Rajat Dalal bolta that Eisha Singh meri behen hai, but usko unfollow kar diya, koi lena dena nai hai."
(I shouldn’t say this, may God forgive me, but Chum and Karan Veer are never seen together even though they had a love angle. So you see, that love didn’t remain. Rajat Dalal used to say that Eisha Singh is like a sister to him, but he unfollowed her — now there’s no connection at all.)
Well, this statement would really leave the ChumVeer fans disappointed.
