MUMBAI: Rohit Purohit, who is currently seen as a beloved father and husband on Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, recently embraced parenthood in real life as well. The actor and his wife, Sheena Bajaj, welcomed their baby boy and have been lovingly balancing their new responsibilities with their professional commitments.
The couple took to social media to share the first pictures of their newborn and revealed that they have named their son Aarush.
Posting adorable photos from the day he was born, Rohit and Sheena penned a heartfelt note:

For the unversed, only after a few days of becoming a father, Rohit Purohit won the Best Father award for his performance in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai during the Star Parivaar Awards.
Rohit and Sheena tied the knot on January 29, 2019, and after six beautiful years of marriage, they welcomed their first child on 15 September 2025.
