BARC Ratings

MUMBAI: The latest Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) weekly TRP ratings have sent ripples across the Indian television industry, revealing a mix of consistent performers, surprise climbs, and unexpected drops.

Leading the pack once again is Star Plus’ family drama Anupamaa, which continues to dominate with its emotional storytelling, compelling performances, and loyal viewership, maintaining an undisputed position at the top.

Securing the second and third spots this week are Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Laughter Chef 3, both demonstrating remarkable stability amid fierce competition.

Their strong narratives and dedicated fanbase keep them firmly entrenched among the top-rated shows.

This week also sees Vasudha and Tu Juliet Jatt Di registering significant jumps in TRP ratings, while shows like Udne Ka Asha, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Mangal Lakshmi, and Tumm Se Tumm Tak experience noticeable dips.

Bigg Boss continues to maintain its grip on viewership, remaining a consistent performer.

Other shows, including Mangal Lakshmi, Shiv Shakti, and Jhanak, also face a drop in ratings this cycle, while Tumm Se Tumm Tak slips out of the top five.

This paves the way for steady performers like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Udne Ki Aasha – Sapno Ka Safar, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and Laughter Chef 3 to retain their competitive edge.
