Every actor wants to do something out-of-the-box and here is my chance with Ek Boond Ishq - Vishwajeet Pradhan

Vishwajeet Pradhan, as an actor is gutsy and commanding enough to bag challenging powerful characters, that of a rough and tough police officer or a negative lead be it in films or on TV. However, this time around, the actor is all set to doing something out-of-the-box. We are talking about the to-be-launched show on Life OK, Ek Boond Ishq wherein he will play the role of a shemale by name Kalavati. Talking about this new show produced by BBC Worldwide Productions, Vishwajeet states, “Every actor wants to do something which is different and give variation to his/her role. It has been a while but now that I have got a chance, I feel good, excited and happy.” What’s more? The creatively sound Vishwajeet has gone on to proactively think of some trademark dialogues that could fit into his character well. In typical Kalavati style, the man avers, “Oh God! You made me a female but why did you give me the body of a male.” Vishwajeet also praises Life OK and showers his love for the show. “Every show and channel comes with a promise to deliver something different, and the uniqueness of Life OK is that I see that they have maintained to deliver something diverse with all honesty possible.” After starting his acting career in 1991, Vishwajeet has acted in many films including Yalgaar, Raaz, Karam, Zeher, Zakhm, and Lamhaa. His latest films include No Problem, Buddah... Hoga Terra Baap and Chatur Singh Two Star and Chal Chalein. The actor was last seen on television in Star Plus’ Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak?
