The love story between Sarah Jane and three vada pavs

Sarah Jane
We have all heard about stars throwing tantrums right, left and centre. A similar case was noticed when we were at the Welingkar Institute of Management recently where Bollywood and Telly land actors were to walk the ramp for peace as a tribute to the heroes of the 26/11 attacks. And in between the hustle bustle of the event, a frail voice of a growling stomach reached our ears (well, not literally). Here is the first hand experience of what transpired into a very strange love story. On one hand the reporters were dying to catch hold of the pretty Miss India, Sarah Jane Dais, the lovely lady was lying on her couch dreaming of….vada pavs. Yes, you heard it right. As we tried to push our way amidst the crowds, we were shocked to see the management guys running here and there with an expression of disbelief and tension. Our curiosity led us to stop one of the young attendants to ask what the matter was. With a heavy voice, she replied, “Sarah says she will not be giving interviews until we give her three vada pavs. We are trying hard to arrange that for her now.” Whaaaaaaaat? That’s the same reaction we too had! Yes, and to our surprise, the model-turned-actor was adamant of not coming out from her vanity till her craving for three vada pavs was satisfied. It indeed seems a strange connection. A model who usually keeps away from anything fattening was actually dying to have the oil dripping vada pavs. Wanting to know more about her affinity to this street food, we called up Sarah who denied the entire happening. “I am actually shocked to hear this. I really do not know who told you about this but it’s absolutely untrue.” Well Sarah, we were just standing outside your room! And as much as you crave for vada pavs we crave for juicy stories to serve our readers!
