Personal fitness mantra?
It is very important to meditate and stretch muscles to maintain flexibility in one’s body.
Personal diet mantra?
I eat everything. There is no particular food which I totally avoid except for rice, and deep-fried food.
Are you a foodie?
Not exactly. It is only when I am in Delhi that I visit all the places which serve specialty food.
Exercise routine?
I have not been exercising lately due to the Christmas and New Year bashes, but from the past one week I have dedicated myself to hit the gym. I do more of cardio exercises and less of weights.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian?
I am a pure vegetarian.
Favourite cuisine?
I love North India food.
Favourite dish…
I like eating simple food and love eating rajma chawal.
A must on your breakfast table?
Coffee is a must on my breakfast table.
Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee…
I don’t understand how people can consume tea or coffee without sugar. It’s such a must for me.
Lunch generally consists of?
My lunch consists of dal, vegetable, chapatti, salad and curd.
Dinner generally consists of?
My dinner is the same as my lunch. People generally say that it is important to eat dinner before 8 pm but I have my dinner around 10. I am a little careless in that matter.
Dessert delights?
I love eating ice-creams, rabdi and rajbhog which is similar to a rasgulla stuffed with kesar and pista.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic).
Water.

Most unusual dish I have tasted?
I love travelling to different places so while I was in Assam, the localities there offered me some vegetable called Katahal. The taste was extremely unusual and when I asked people about the dish they scared me that it was a non-vegetarian dish. I later learnt that the vegetable was made out of jackfruit.

When I am in Delhi, I love eating kulche-chhole and gol-gappas.
Do you cook?
Yes. I do cook.
Fitness tip?
It is very important to stretch one’s muscles and to remain fit. Also, one should consume a minimum of 8 glasses of water every day.
