Rashmi and Nandish go official

Nandish Sandhu aka Veer and Rashmi Desai aka Tapasya of Uttaran have finally gone official with their relationship. The actor proposed to his lady love on his birthday cum Christmas Eve December 25. The actor made the day special for Rashmi by hiring a yacht as both of them are water lovers. Nandish took Rashmi in the middle of the ocean and proposed to her in front of a few close friends. Nandish says, “I had planned a surprise for Rashmi on my birthday as we weren’t getting a common off and we had planned my birthday well in advance. I booked a ferry which had two decks and I had my friends hiding in the lower deck. I took Rashmi on the upper deck while she was blind folded by me. I then proposed to her and as soon as I did this to her all my friends jumped up and requested her to say a yes and it was a yes.” As for Rashmi she too couldn’t be outdone. Just the previous night (Dec 23) Nandish received a surprise from Rashmi when she arranged for a surprise party for him. And then she surprised him with a gift which she gave him on the yacht. “I was to buy a camera lens for myself on New Year but I got it a week before from Rashmi,” gushes an overwhelmed Sandhu. So what did he give her? “She is fond of diamonds so I gifted her a diamond bracelet and payals.” When does this couple plan to get engaged? Nandish says, “Well we haven’t thought about it yet but whenever we do get engaged it’s going to be with our families.” We too are waiting to see how this love story goes from here. Until then we wish the couple loads of happiness.
