Vidya Balan pregnant...Gets replaced by Kangana Ranaut in Sujoy Ghosh's next

Remember our story dated 4 February titled ‘Is Vidya Balan pregnant?’It now turns out that the actress is apparently well on her way to becoming a mother. The rumour mills were set abuzz when Vidya dropped out of her friend Sujoy Ghosh’s Durga Rani Singh starring Irrfan Khan. Now, Sujoy was the same director who gave Vidya the much acclaimed Kahaani. Why then would Vidya drop out her Sujoy’s films on her own accord without any strong reason? If sources are to be believed, Vidya is reportedly pregnant and that is the reason she pulled out of this project. Reports of pregnancy were sparked when a flushed looking Vidya started making appearances at social dos, the latest being the photo shoot for Ranka jewelers in a Satya Paul saree. Although the actress did a wonderful job of concealing her baby bump, the iridescent glow on her face was a sure giveaway of the fact that the stork is indeed visiting the actress. Here’s wishing Vidya Balan, lots of love and happiness. As they say one person’s loss is another’s gain. With Vidya Balan dropping out, Sujoy was faced with the arduous task of finding another powerhouse of talent who could be a perfect fit for the character. And the actress he finally settled with happens to be none other than Kangana Ranaut who is currently basking in the enormous glory that Queen is continuing to bring in. What’s interesting to note is the name of the movie Durga Rani Singh. Seems like after Queen and Revolver Rani, this is yet another women-centric film where Kangana will get a chance to prove her mettle. And with Irrfan on board, we are sure audience will love watching these two stellar performers weave magic onscreen together for the first time ever after Life In A Metro where they were not romantically paired.
