Rajeev Khandelwal discharged from hospital after yesterday's car accident

It was not exactly a lucky weekend for Rajeev Khandelwal who met with a nasty road accident yesterday while travelling in his car. The actor injured his shoulder in the bargain and was immediately admitted to a nearby hospital. The accident reportedly took place when Rajeev was returning from Essel World after promoting his film, Samrat & Co. The car that he was travelling in collided with another car coming from the opposite side. The impact threw the car off gear and hit a tree nearby injuring Rajeev's shoulder. His co-star from the movie Madalsa Sharma, who was present in the car escape unhurt. When we touched base with Rajeev, this is what the actor had to say. "I am okay. Just a shoulder injury. Should recover in three weeks. I have been discharged. Thank you for the concern." Here's wishing Rajeev a healthy and speedy recovery!
