Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha to marry in July

Dia Mirza who underwent a surprising engagement in the USA on Tuesday, was caught completely off guard by her boyfriend filmmaker Sahil Sangha’s plans. Speaking a day after the surprise announcement Dia says, “I had no clue this was coming. Sahil took me completely by surprise. It was the most memorable moment of my life. Getting engaged to the man I love has to be the most magical experience of my life so far. I am still swimming in the clouds.” Contrary to some reports the engagement did not happen at Tampa Bay during an awards event. Sahil popped the question to Dia in New York. Explaining the selection of venue for the magical moment Dia says, “New York City has been the host to many turning points in Sahil’s life. He chose his favourite city for our golden moment. And I am happy that he did.” When asked about their wedding plans Dia said, “The date of our shaadi would be fixed as soon as we return to India.” We can tell you unofficially that the couple will become Man and Wife as soon as their ambitious production Bobby Jasoos releases on 4 July. Adds Sahil Sangha, “New York feels like home at many levels. So it didn’t feel that far away from home at all.” We wish the couple a blissful life ahead!!!
