Sachin Sharma…oops now Krishna, who was last seen in Saat Phere , is pretty excited about his first crossover Hinglish movie - Mummyji, the rushes of which he will be seeing tomorrow. Sachin Sharma…oops now Krishna, who was last seen in Saat Phere , is pretty excited about his first crossover Hinglish movie - Mummyji, the rushes of which he will be seeing tomorrow. Though he earned name and fame as Krishna ( Kahanii Ghar Ghar Ki) and as Aryan (Vaidehi), he eventually had to face a fiasco in the form of his short-lived show Kulvaddhu. So,what if television didn't seem promising? Films to hain na! Moving focus on Krishna's debut film, Mummyji, it's backed by Atwal Entertainment and the star cast includes the likes of Jackie Shroff, Divya Dutta, Satish Kaushik and of course, Kiron Kher in the title role. "My character Arjun is a doctor by profession and shares a good chemistry with his mother. The story of Mummyji revolves around the dream that a mother weaves for her children. The film will be released somewhere around September," says an excited Krishna. He goes on to add, "It was a great experience working with Kironji and others. She treated me like his son, a real Mummyji on the sets too." What about the good-old small screen then? "I have few things in pipeline, both for the small and the big screen but it's too early to spill the beans. I believe that actions speak louder than words. So you'll come to know about my future projects very soon," Sharma explains. On saying that he also makes a strong claim, "Television will always be my priority. It's like my schooling and films, my master's degree. I am going to balance both the mediums, as at the end of the day it's television that paved my way for films, so how can I forget that."
